Your mission
                    
                        We are looking for a Senior Product Manager with 5+ years of experience.
 Main Responsibilities:
✅Convert product concepts and customer asks into detailed PRDs with acceptance criteria, UX flows, analytics events, and edge cases, and communicate them to the engineering and design teams.
✅Drive day-to-day delivery with engineering: resolve ambiguities fast, manage dependencies, and de-risk scope.
✅Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to continuously improve team performance.
✅Develop and maintain product documentation, including internal release notes, functional specifications and user guides.
✅Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to improve product metrics.
✅Author and socialize internal release notes; coordinate enablement with Sales/CS/Marketing; ensure docs and user guides are updated by release.

                            Required Skills and Qualifications:
✅Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
✅Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in SaaS or renewable tech sectors
✅Demonstrated success in leading product development cycles and launching successful products
✅Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
✅Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
✅Familiarity with Agile methodologies and modern product management tools
✅Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
✅Comfortable in a small, intense, and high-growth start-up environment
 
 
Suitable Skills: 
✅ (Strong plus) Experience in the renewable energy or sustainability industry.
✅Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
