Your mission
ROLE OVERVIEW
As an Renewable Energy SaaS Implementation Specialist, you will be at the forefront of deploying QBi’s platform across diverse renewable energy portfolios. You’ll work closely with clients to configure the system, integrate data sources, and ensure the platform supports their operational, financial, and compliance needs in their initial phases of their customer journey. Your deep understanding of renewable energy technologies and lifecycle management will be key to delivering value and driving adoption.
KEY TASKS & RESPONSABILITIES ✅Lead onboarding projects for solar, wind, and hybrid portfolios, ensuring platform configuration aligns with client goals and asset characteristics.
✅Configure modules for technical operations, financial management and invoicing reporting based on client-specific processes.
✅Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Customer Success) and external stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation.
✅Support integration of SCADA, CRM, CMMS, and financial systems to enable real-time monitoring and automated reporting.
✅Apply your knowledge of energy production, asset lifecycle stages, and performance metrics (e.g., PR, IRR, LCOE) to guide platform setup and reporting.
Your profile
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
✅Bachelor’s degree in Renewable Energy Engineering, Environmental Science, Information Systems, or related field.✅2+ years of experience in SaaS implementation or technical project management, ideally in the renewable energy sector.
✅Understanding of solar PV, wind energy, and energy storage systems, including operational KPIs and project development / asset management practices.
✅Familiarity with energy data systems (SCADA, ERP, CRM).
✅Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
✅Fluent in English and Spanish; other languages are a plus.
